Founded in 2023 by proud Wiradjuri woman Tara Croker, Yaala Sparkling is a First Nations-owned beverage company created to showcase native Australian botanicals and share ancient flavours in a contemporary way. The brand works with Indigenous wild harvesters, artists and local suppliers, creating sparkling beverages that are sugar-free, low-calorie, and made with real plants.
The name Yaala means “the present moment” in the Wiradjuri language, reflecting the brand’s focus on connection, culture and honouring native ingredients.
